With over 30 years at Rapid, Graeme is one of the longest-serving members of the team and a true cornerstone of the business. As Technical Director, he oversees all aspects of our technical operations, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. Known for his expert knowledge and calm, problem-solving approach, Graeme plays a key role in shaping the company’s technical strategy and mentoring the next generation of engineers. Outside of work, Graeme enjoys spending time outdoors and with family.

Janet Wallis

Commercial Business Development Manager
Janet has been with Rapid for over 25 years, currently working as the Commercial Business Manager. Her background includes qualifications in Business and Finance, with a focus on Accountancy, Law and Management, which she utilises in day-to-day operations. When Janet's not working, she enjoys travelling, having had the chance to go on cruises in both America and Europe. She also loves spending time with her granddaughter, making memories together whenever they can.

Kit Stevens

Sales Director
Kit Stevens leads the sales team at Rapid Technologies, bringing a strong background in business and client relations. After graduating from Liverpool University with a degree in Business Economics, he built his career in the property sector before joining Rapid Technologies in 2022. Kit is focused on helping clients find the best technology to suit their needs and tasked with growing the sales team at Rapid. Outside of work, Kit is a keen golfer, an avid Liverpool FC supporter, and enjoys hitting the slopes whenever he gets the chance.

Mark Stevens

Managing Director
Mark is the founder and Managing Director of Rapid Technologies, having led the company for over 40 years. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted provider of AV and communications solutions, serving diverse sectors such as education, healthcare, corporate and government. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry have helped Rapid Technologies stay ahead in an ever-evolving technology landscape. Outside of work, you can often find Mark hitting the golf course or carving up the slopes!
